Pretty Good Choice for the Price
June 18, 2025After touring multiple cheaper apartments in the Fayetteville area, this one was the nicest. The apartment layout is nice and I like that it is a gated community since Fayetteville isn't the safest city. The office has been wonderful in helping me with everything i mention to them. They worked with me on a move-in date that wasn't immediate. They also have been helping to remove the smoke smell of the apartment I just moved into, as the one I was going to move into had issues that would not ...allow me to move in there on time (yes, this is a no smoke apartment complex but it's no surprise that not everyone listens to that rule). Con: As mentioned above, my apartment smells like smoke. While I appreciate the office being extremely honest and helpful on the matter, it is still awful and annoying to deal with. The smell punches you in the face when you enter the apartment. The lights near my apartment are off or flicker, making it kind of creepy at night. Multiple maintenance doors are left unlocked, look absolutely disgusting inside of them, and have had alarms go off a couple times. Not really an inviting area and doesn't feel the most professional. After everything, I give the apartment complex a 4 star rating as my main apartment needs are met with the price, safety and helpful office. However, there are multiple things that are simple fixes that add up together to not make this place feel like a perfect 5 star. All the cons can be ignored, as i can even work to rid the smoke smell of my apartment; so nothing here should scare away new renters in my opinion.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Do not live here
October 23, 2023Where do I even start with this place. I have lived here for almost 2 years and it has been by far the most difficult place I have ever dealt with. When me and my wife first moved in it was okay at best. The management did not seem very engaged with this community and trying to submit work orders was a nightmare. Then after only living here a few months the gate stopped working and has yet to be fixed(one of the attractions of the apartment). The inside of the apartment is extremely outdated and ...not worth the rent that is charged. Near the end of September the apartment replaced our hot water heater and did not tell us before hand that they would do so which led to me and my wife having no hot water for almost a whole day. Not even a week after that happened I was greeted by a fireman telling me to evacuate my building due to a gas leak that was caused by the hot water heaters. After talking to the FD, they said that the hot water heaters were installed incorrectly or were not the right heaters for our buildings. Me and my wife had not hot water for approximately 3 weeks and the only thing the apartment did to remediate their mistake was a $150 credit. Then during all of this my account displayed a $1,105 credit after I had paid my September rent. When I called the office about it they said it looked like I had paid twice and I would be fine for October. October came around and I checked my account and it said I owed 1,160 dollars, because I "did not pay my rent in October". I went to the office and was told that someone else had deposited a check and that was why it showed. Not once did they call me to tell me this. Do not consider!!
August 2, 2022Everything in my apartment is outdated. Maintenance request seems to get ignored. It looks like a dog was chewing on the bottom of the kitchen cabinets and in the living room. Rent is increasing but nothing is getting fixed.Review from Apartments.com
Look Elsewhere
July 15, 2022First off, the leasing office is stellar. Wonderful to deal with. Everything else is beyond sub-par. The maintenance team is beyond an embarrassment. My ceiling has extensive water damage, and it has taken me contacting everyone all the way up to corporate in order for them to consider calling a contractor. The water has been pouring on my personal items and damaged them. It has been 2 months since I first submitted a work order and an email. They haven't updated their appliances, up to and ...including the HVAC system. If you enjoy your apartment being a sauna, maybe it's the right place for you, otherwise look forward to 78°F. Once again, they cut so many corners and don't repair broken things. The quality of craftsmanship of the interior is disturbing, my 13 year old niece could do better with plastic tools. The property isn't properly maintained, the trees are overgrown, parking lot is old and isn't cleaned, and even the pool is filled with algae. Don't waste your time here. Look elsewhere that you'll actually get your money's worth. These are overpriced for the quality of upkeep and quality of the complex.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
