New management does not properly care for building
November 3, 2025The prior apt management team did a great job and was very responsive. The new people might as well not exist. It has been like pulling teeth to get even critical maintenance done. I would not rent at this building with the present management team. Really a shame because I would have given the prior mgmt team 5 stars.Review from Apartments.com
Far From Luxury
September 3, 2025The old management team was great (Jessica, Sophia and Isabel). Not every problem can be solved but they listened to your concerns and at least made you feel like you mattered! Ever since they left it’s almost useless to complain about anything because you will most likely be ignored and never get a text or call back. We have had lots of temps over the last few weeks and most of them are actually very helpful but they are not here long term so they can’t fix major issues. The pool got so gross at ...one point that we have stopped feeling comfortable using it at all. Noise complaints are not taken seriously by the manager and you are just encouraged to call security after 10pm and expected to deal with noises MUCH more extreme than normal apartment living. I am not surprised so many neighbors haven’t renewed their leases and it makes me sad because this complex had so much potential and really had a good sense of community when we moved in almost two years ago. For the price you can rent almost anywhere else and have peace. Praying for things to change but also expecting to leave asap. Also make note that most of the 5 star Google reviews are from people who toured here NOT residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Poor quality/ Noise
June 22, 2024Quality is poor from doors not closing and sealing tight to ill fit appliances allowing scraping into cabinets and/or walls. The landscape upkeep is horrible. Standing water for mosquito population abounds. Noise level from surrounding neighbors is the worst. Thumping above you and management does nothing. Definitely keep looking elsewhere. Renter Beware
March 13, 2024So the outside looks great - the hallway carpets are filthy, sewer odors come up through the drains (and yes it was reported and nothing was done about it). Yes, I had to pay an extra month's lease to break it, but to pay additional fees to move out - this is a first.Review from Apartments.com
