If you are thinking of moving here DON'T ! Rent prices go up every year and they don't update anything in your apartment the kitchen cabinets are so old the wood is starting to chip...The windows are so old there are smalls cracks..the laundry room A JOKE! there are 5 washers only 1 works! Don't get me started on the dryers and some of tenants here are so dirty and dusty looking I just avoid using the laundry here all together! Oh and the garage there are so many abandoned cars down there and ...
been abandoned for years ! And the stray cats are annoying you can't wash your car and keep it clean without coming back to cat paws and scratches on the top of your hood...it's insane and the management company is no better they all have bad attitudes but continue to take people money but no Improvements here...the fire that happened in Jan-Feb of 2023 caused for the entire 4th floor to be displaced from their apartments and they only remodled the apartments because they were damaged.
