Terrible customer service

They never answer the phone or emails, voicemails are useless too they do not return phone calls. I tried to get a final statement of my bill and never got a clear answer or documentation when asked, now I’m paying more than anticipated. They switched my locks days before my lease ended WITH MY BELONGINGS STILL INSIDE. I never got a formal apology or any explanation as to why that happened. Maintenance takes days if not weeks to fix issues. I went a whole month without heat in the middle of ...

winter. They gave me an old plug in space heater that stopped working after a few days. They do not care about tenants at all, don’t bother applying here. It will be a terrible experience from the beginning.
