When I moved it I was given a dirty apartment food in the refrigerator and the floor not even done. I had no choice but to move in since I was going thru a divorce. I called Miriam on Monday to explain to her and she said I will help you get a little of your deposit back. I lived there a year and when pest control came in they left my apartment opened and I camped NITA THE “manager “ and her response was it’s not my problem with that being said I had to find somewhere else to live how they can’t ...

When I turned in my apartment I came up with a bill and having no deposit given back to me I believe this is rip off the new management is very rude and very unprofessional. I soundly recommend this place and they make you get card key for the gate and the funny part is I never used them because they don’t even care to fix it.

BEDBUGS INFESTED

I lived here for two years, and I had the worst experience. First, they gave away the apartment that I put a deposit for and placed me in another one. The day I moved in back in 2017, the apartment wasn't cleaned, it was trash everywhere, and it stunk. The management does not approve certain repairs, and when the paints on the wall, bathrooms, and tubs started falling off, they refused to repaint or even clean it out. When I found about there were bed bugs in the apartment and reported it to ...
them, they slapped me with a $300 bill. The entire building 36 is BEDBUGS INFESTED due to how bad it was in the unit I occupied, and they didn't chemically treat other units. No parking space for guests.

They have only 4 visitor parking.Any one come to visit someone .parked in a non reserved parking.they tow the car.it's horrible experience .even the security guard is also a crook.he called the tow people to get his commission.
When we asked about the car he said he doesn't know anything about the tow truck.
But after asking him Three four times he gave the the number of the driver.
Very soon I mam putting a complaint to the court.

If you’re looking for somewhere to move please do not move to these apartments! Specially if you’re a person with more than 1 vehicle. That’s the main problem. They left a paper at my door saying that in two days I will no longer have my parking spot ( the one I pay $20 a month for) and that I will have to find somewhere else to park. First of all these apartments get fill ASAP. My brother has to park his car outside the apartments Since you can not register more than 2 vehicles. And let’s not ...

I just recently went in to apply for an apt on last Friday 2/12/16. Received a phone call the following Monday 2/14/16 from Gloria one of the nicest Rep I have been working with stating that I was approved from the apt. I did ask question that I was concerned about as far as the reviews on here are concern. She did tell me that the water system and tank where completely updated which means their is and will always be hot water. As far as the roaches are concern really all depends on you and your ...
neighbors. I do plan to bomb my apt just to insure their are no current creators. Customer service very much deserve a 4 star. They are currently undergoing renovations so the property may appear to be a little messy but it's all being worked on. They are as well currently running special's.

DON'T MOVE HERE

This is the WORST place I've ever lived. Been through 3 management teams within 1 year, roach infested, maintenance comes 3 months later, mold infested and the security gate is always broken. The gate is not secured if the code is taped to it. Washer doesn't clean clothes.

Worse apartments I've ever lived in, Hot water is always off, I moved in November 2013, im currently still here looking for somewhere else to move, as we speak February 3, 2015 the hot water has been off for 2 days, Roach infested, and it's been about 5 managers here in and out, don't MOVE here, you'll be upset, my neighbors moved in and about a month and a half, they movedown out

Location is good but staff and mainteance is bad they never answer to your needs and they always have an attitude, some help you out and others don't even try to resolve your problem. The quality of the apartment is cheap but the format is nice. They reserve park if you pay 30 more a month!
