DO NOT...I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Absolutely worst complex and management staff! Jan, the manager, is the worst and will not address resident issues nor will she provide you with corporates number. She will offer to let you out of your lease due to said issues then try and stick outrageous charges on you after giving her word. Michael has a better attitude towards tenants but will tell you what you want to hear in that moment, then never rectify the situation, only bandaid it.

here for over a year and hitting the second summer mark, our upstairs unit will not go below 89 degrees! We have 4 children ranging in ages from 9 months to 10 years residing here and they are constantly sweating and complaining of heat exhaustion. We have complained numerous times to management and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! The unit beneath us has a brand new air conditioning unit and there is one man living there. You would think that given the state that these dilapidated apartments are in that they would try and retain their residents but NO! They are more interested in their profit margins than actually doing what’s RIGHT AND HEALTHY FOR TENANTS!
STAY AWAY! RUN!!!
Also, the photos shown online are NOT an accurate depiction of what you get! Here are just a few of the unit we inhabit AFTER being shown the “show” apartment initially. Notice the 1980’s two-tone style cabinets, the awful laminate floor that is splattered with paint and poorly installed, the rust in the tub from the leaking pan above... the carpet was full of dog hair when we moved in (which they did offer to re-clean once we made a big deal of it). The cabinets still had stuff spilled on them and the baseboards are warped and mostly non-existent. This place is the WORST!
Also, the pool is ALWAYS closed for “repair”!
