February 20, 2026Overall, we have a decent experience. We enjoy the community events and the sense of belonging it brings. The only downside to older homes is the quality of the unit. We have multiple homes around the unit and deal with critters all the time. We also have an issue with outdated appliances. But I have to commend the staff for their hard work and dedication. November 6, 2025This has been my home for 9 years as of this writing. I have chosen to remain because of: #1- the layout of the buildings and the landscaping in particular. #2- the security I feel here. I live alone and it’s very important for me to feel safe. #3- the staff is wonderful and very helpful when you need their help. #4- maintenance is top notch. You can send a service request and, according to the issue, have someone there as soon as possible to fix your problem. Those are the top reasons I stay. ...But there are other things they do for the residents (kids included) that are really, really nice. Too numerous to mention here. Just give them a call or stop by the office! P.S. They have playgrounds, a tennis court and a beautiful lake you can walk around, too.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2025I moved into a renovated unit after living in an older unit for a few years. The process was sudden, but it all worked out for the better. I absolutely love the new unit and have recommended Lakecrest to some coworkers. 10 out of 10 community. Whenever there's an issue, management is always on top of it.
