April 4, 2025I moved into a renovated unit after living in an older unit for a few years. The process was sudden, but it all worked out for the better. I absolutely love the new unit and have recommended Lakecrest to some coworkers. 10 out of 10 community. Whenever there's an issue, management is always on top of it. September 2, 2024Overpriced, overrated, the grounds and walkways are not being kept up satisfactorily, neighbor noise is excessive especially after "quiet hours," despite a request for speed limit signs over 9 mos. ago there are still no signs and management just says that they are on backorder (?!), the pet excrement problem remains a problem! The maintenance crew continues to do a very good/excellent job. Their response time has been incredible and solutions are timely if not immediate. The crew is courteous, ...polite, knowledgeable and gets the repair done! The office staff is good and helpful in most cases. Most of my interactions with any of the staff of three go very well.Property Manager Responded
