November 6, 2025This has been my home for 9 years as of this writing. I have chosen to remain because of: #1- the layout of the buildings and the landscaping in particular. #2- the security I feel here. I live alone and it’s very important for me to feel safe. #3- the staff is wonderful and very helpful when you need their help. #4- maintenance is top notch. You can send a service request and, according to the issue, have someone there as soon as possible to fix your problem. Those are the top reasons I stay. ...But there are other things they do for the residents (kids included) that are really, really nice. Too numerous to mention here. Just give them a call or stop by the office! P.S. They have playgrounds, a tennis court and a beautiful lake you can walk around, too.Property Manager Responded

April 4, 2025I moved into a renovated unit after living in an older unit for a few years. The process was sudden, but it all worked out for the better. I absolutely love the new unit and have recommended Lakecrest to some coworkers. 10 out of 10 community. Whenever there's an issue, management is always on top of it.
