Beware
December 22, 2024I lived here for 14 months. I called corporate and they gave me a case number and stated that someone will call me to address my issues but they lied and never called. From the started I should have left but because didn’t want to find another place I put my family in harms way unknowingly. The place was ant infested when we first moved in with the cabinets coming apart from the wall in the kitchen. The ceiling patched up from major leaks and sweating ductwork from the HVAC because the ...maintenance worker told me and I quote “the ductwork is not properly insulated so there will be moisture from them sweating.” With that being said stains popped up in the ceiling, the kitchen floor was always moist. I put in work orders and they would close them out as if work was completed and they were not. The property manager Melissa is a liar. Sh has no empathy and very unprofessional. She gaslights you saying you are being aggressive whenever you have an issue that they don’t want to fix. She told me and my wife that she would fix my issue and that she sorry for the condition that the property was in. Needless to say she did nothing. My rent due and the amount was wayyyy less than what the rent was suppose to be so I assumed maybe she was compensating us for pain and suffering that we are going through living in a place that smells like mildew and mold. No she called and stated that they made a mistake in they system and we needed to pay asap or we would be evicted. Mind you this is a week after the rent was due with no balance due. She pretty much played in our face the entire stay by lying. The maintenance men came and damaged my pictures because they was lazy and didn’t want to move or cover the items up and the only the property manager said was I need to file an insurance claim for property that her maintenance team messed up. There is so much I can write. The neighbors one door down fight every day I have camera footage of the dude choking his girlfriend and her fighting back. Shootings. Everyone who has a choice please avoid this place. They are not worth the price and the maintenance suck. The property manager lies and will never help. Multiple work orders for mold and never sent a a specialist to conduct a test for mold even when I stated that I have a kid with bad allergies and he has been getting worst. July 27, 2022This whole apartment complex is a joke the kitchen appliances CAME ALL BROKEN THEY DONT OFFER PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS they don’t fix the problems the will TELL YOU YOUR APARTMENT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION WHEN ITS WASNT they won’t care what you have to say about not liking the apartment and it’s overpriced for old appliances! Roaches or rats
March 28, 2021This place when u first move in seems very good but after staying awhile the initial roach bombing fades off and they flood your apt REGARDLESS of how clean you are. Lovely floor plans/Nice community
February 1, 2020I’ve been here for a year and It’s now time to renew my lease. I’ve decided to stay another year. Yayy!! This place is awesome! It’s very quite the people in the office is very friendly! If you have any issues, they handle them ASAP! Annalise is my FAV GIRL! She’s always on me about these monthly events at the office. Great place to live

Great place!
December 23, 2019My roommate and I found this location on accident! We were welcomed by Annelise and she is awesome! She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was able to get us in during the timeframes we wanted to move. Great amenities, great price, view of lake is beautiful. Great experience
December 23, 2019I was looking for a place in the area, and was referred here by a coworker. The office staff is above professional and helpful! I am military and didn’t understand something that I was informed by the base. The lady that was helping me, had a military background and made a phone call to the base. Worth it
December 3, 2019This place has been nothing but great since the day I inquired. Marie helped me find a place that was suitable for me and my 1 year old and worked directly with me to make sure I moved in okay. She has been completely helpful with anything I may need. Annelise is also awesome, and very knowledgeable. She knows her facts and is always respectful and helpful. Nicole, who is new, brings a welcoming energy into the building. All 3 have helped me some form personally and I am very appreciative at ...that. The maintenance crew responds so fast! so that's always a plus. The clubhouse is new and clean, and the property always has events that were great to bring my daughter too. The area is pretty quiet and in a great place next to the lake. It's also pretty safe thanks to the security door outside each building. I would definitely recommended this property to anyone.Property Manager Responded

March 30, 2018Great place to live starting in leasing office right down to the maintenance.fresh water lake! You can fish and feed the ducks and geese..even baby ducks at times.new appliances and wonderful view from balconey of lake beautiful hardwood floors new appliances and hallways to apts.are always lo ked.only you and other tenants of your building can get in..super safe and private.noise is not bad.Its an apartment so some noise yes but very minimal..I recomend 100% they have super friendly staff and ...maintenance is super fast..hardly no waiting.new gym and computer room coffee readily available in leasing office.cute sweet friendly girls there also.like I said..great place to live.I have no complaintsProperty Manager Responded

Parking issue
February 13, 2018Parking is a huge issue. There are never enough spots, and they will tow your car if you have a guest over and they park in the wrong spot. There are more residents and guests than there are spots. Also, the area isn’t the best. We have had random strangers knock on our door in the late hours of the evening. My husband was on deployment, and I was at home with our two children, and two guys knocked on my door for 10 mins straight trying to sell me a supposed cleaning product. I called the police, ...and nothing ever came out of it. We moved a while back, to VB and are much happier.Property Manager Responded

THE WORST PLACE THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN MY LIFE
February 13, 2018We had rats came into our townhouse, dead rats in our backyard and the shed and, they still refused to let us out of lease. This company is filled with the most unethical people and is always trying to take every penny out of you. The buildings are old and poorly constructed. You can hear everything from next door. Don’t get fooled by “fancy” amenities. The apartments are nothing like those photoshopped pictures or their clubhouse. I so regret moving into Abbington at Hampton center.
