    I’ve been here since June 2024 and by far it’s been an excellent experience maintenance is always on the roll did have some problems when I first moved in but the new management is outstanding very polite and outgoing I put in a work order and it was done within 2-3 days very communicative brand new carpet in all units and I’m just beyond happy to live here will be here for awhile and recommend to anybody in any situation!! Love this place!!

    With the new management team the place has went downhill. The peoples in the office don't know the lease agreement and try to terms that are there, getting upset when you show them there wrong. I have closed to 10 years here and in that time ownership or management has change 6 time each time more problems ( payment of rent, parking, etc,,,,

    By far the worst apartment experience ever! The maintenance team is terrible! I was locked out of my apartment for 3 days. I called the resident phone line and not one phone call from anyone to let me in. I also called and stated my apartment was flooded as a test to see if anyone would call me back and STILL no one called me. Not only that, they never fixed the lock I complained about since I moved in, in May 2023 because there is no way as a 5'3 140 lb. woman I would be able to break into the ...
    door of my apartment with a lock that is supposed to be a smart lock! I am thankful my 6-year-old daughter was away on vacation not to witness this. I will be breaking my lease once I am done with school. The rent is reasonable, but I would much rather pay an extra $200-500 monthly for quality housing and service!

    Bad management. Bad garbage facilities dirty pools. Mold in MANY Apts. Doing an air quality test next week to see if it is under my apt as we stay sick and I have a mold allergy. I have water dripping down from upstairs bathroom in my bathroom. Been reported 4 times

  • Perfect!!!

    I moved into Lakeview Dec 2019, and I’ve loved it ever since! Larwren was great throughout the whole process, very patient and attentive to the million questions I’d send her a day during the application process haha. Any time we’ve had an issue, staff & maintenance always handled it quickly. I highly recommend this apartment complex and am sad to have to go, but would come back in a heartbeat ! A very lovely place to live

    The staff are very unprofessional, I call to inquire about 1BR&1BA and the lady was so rude, wouldn’t give me any information about the apartment. I had to ask all the questions just for her to give me answer. First thing you should when person is calling in to inquire about your apartment is give them everything they need to know, from application fee, admin fee, the rent, deposit, and credit check. Staff shouldn’t be on the phone acting like customers are getting on they nerves because we are ...

    I live here and it’s awful. Walkways are full of duck faeces. 0 maintenance goes into this place and my neighbor leaves trash outside of his door. I dread walking to my apartment. I have to apologize to my guests for what they see before entering my apartment. They got one star because it was needed to post this.

  • Worse place I saw all week

    Place should not even have 1 Star. Stair rails are rusty and outside is moldy. Inside is bug infection with a smell that won’t leave my nose. Looks nothing like the photos online. Carpet was nasty and for the price they want to charge. I would not put my worst enemy in that place. On line photos are false advertising. A roach ran across my shoe while viewing.

  • Unprofessional Staff

    Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They lie about what the apartment will really look like and plus you do not really get to see it until a day or so before actually moving. They hate to see you coming to ask questions about the apartment. I was actually told by one of the staff member that they were going to lock their doors if i came to inquire one of time. They also complained each time they had to take me to view an apartment. Veryyy rude and unwelcoming.

    It's 3 BR's with a view. It's so hot in Mobile, the AC stays cranked all the time, except one week in January. But I would gladly give it up to relocated to the Seattle area, my old home town.
