November 24, 2021These apartments are truly impressive from the inside out. It's apparent that these renovations are high quality, correctly completed, wholly improved and upgraded. Walkability is awesome, too! Lakewood Center is one block away, as is Whole Foods. Love the proximity to both White Rock Lake and Downtown Dallas. Rent rates seem to be really competitive - when compared to other nearby comparable apartment complexes. Truly a gem -- I would give it 6 stars if I could :)Review from Apartments.com

November 4, 2021We did a lot of research and looked at every listing in the area for months before finding Lakewood. We wanted to live in a great location, but more importantly be in a comfortable, clean home. Everything is renovated and brand new. It’s quiet, safe, is in a great, walkable location and management is very accommodating with our requests. Having lived in NYC for 4 years, we know how difficult it is to find a high-end apartment that you love and has responsive management.
