If you plan on moving here please be very aware of the problems. First of all the complex is infested with bed bugs and it's not just one building here. They are aware very aware of this problem and have done nothing to fix the issue. There is also an overnight drop slot for the the rent.... NEVER use it. The office lost my rent money order after I used the overnight slot last month and threatened to evict me if I did not pay it. In response I asked why I was responsible for this seeing as they ...

lost it and the office lady asked why it was a problem. She also said the other tenants money orders were lost and they already paid it back and basically said I was trying to keep the rent money.

The price definitely represents the apartments though after visiting them and taking a tour with the maintenance team. I felt like it should cost a lot less. One of them couldn’t speak English so he had to call his wife (who was not affiliated with company) to speak with me. Which was very inappropriate and unprofessional, although it was very touching that she would go the mile. Overall the complex was horrid.

I have experienced bad maintance service. Repairs needed are delayed or just not done at all. But you are expected to pay rent,water, on time. The parking lot has holes that damage tires. They is no play area for children. No pool !!. The complex floods when it rains. Leaving tenant's trap or having to walk through water to get to your car. They have curfew all must be in by 10p.m. the complex is so old they paint over molded walls,it has rotted pillars holding upstair porch. There is no land ...

scape or grass. Called light company out on big electrical box keeps popping loud!! Was told that the box was not one they installed and that what is there is second hand and dangerous. Electric tech. Aldo said that maintance is tapping into tenant meter use everyone they use outlet next to meters cost is passed on to tenants. Office claims outlet runs from main meter belonging to office. Center Point Energy said that is not the case.

There is no free Wi-Fi at all and the laundry rooms rarley work the machines take your quarters 90% of the time,awful Roach problem and some waterheaters are not up to code mine caught fire over the summer at 1 am fire marshal said the water heater was a major code violation! Now I have a deadly black mold in my apartment! I can only transfer to a new apartment building if I sign a release saying the apartment is not at fault. They have yet to come by and even try to remove the toxic black mold. ...

Anyone who is thinking of moving here please be weary I'm afraid once I leave all there are going to do is paint over the mold and another innocent family will be harmed
