December 20, 2024There's no real care for their residents, simply avoid renting from these guys specifically. Constantly cutting water due to faulty pipes. Not to long ago two electricity transformers exploded , also due to faulty equipment, leaving residents without electricity for the rest of the day. Maintenance takes for ever to attend and the only times they truly fix your apartment if it has any issues, is when you leave. Due to Maintenance never keeping promises we also once had part of our kitchen floor ...being just concrete, taking the office months to send their staff to put on real flooring. Can't forget holes on our roofs. This place isn't worth a single cent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Selfish owners
April 26, 2020It is scorching HOT (over 90 degrees) in my apt on this (25th day of April 2020). Staff has been saying over almost 2 months that AC will be worked on and turned on, but that is yet to happen. Water on a CONSTANT daily basis is being used just to keep body cool. Once my lease is up, I will not be renewing. We all pay our rent on time or even before due date and there is no courtesy from their end. I hope no senior citizens live in complex bc if it’s hot for me...imagine them.Review from Apartments.com
