La Casita Apartment Homes have really enhanced my day to day happiness and quality of life. I cannot begin to say all the ways my life has changed from moving here.
My apartment is spacious, recently remodeled with features like soft close drawers and cabinets and spot lighting and beautiful faux wood floors that are friendly with my two dogs if they want to run around and play. The property is full of trees and greenery all around and my neighbors are the kindest humans I have ever come ...
across. I also really love our property manager Kristen. She is so attentive to the property and truly cares about our comfort and peace. She is a huge key to this place being so wonderful as she is hands on with the entire process of being accepted here and we rarely have openings now!
So this is your clue! Don’t miss this opportunity to live in one of the best spots in downtown Redlands with the most best people and gorgeous spaces to live in harmony and happiness!
Our sparkling blue pool and bubbling spa is in the center and so very ala Melrose Place vibes!! It’s is our little fun meetup local with spot and we all have hung out at one point or another together and isn’t that what a community is about? My neighbors are amazing and the property management company is top notch utilizing technology and ease for all maintenance requests which even has the option of paying online at the designed personal app.
Lastly- safety is my first priority and concern and I am worry free here at my home as we are fully gated and we all watch out for one other. My dogs and I are the happiest we have ever been and look forward to many more years here! Please check out the property in person and see how wonderful these little gems are and if one opens up; run to get it!
It’s the best nest in the whole wide world for US and we are so grateful to have stumbled upon them. We sure are glad we are here in the ever so lovely downtown area of Redlands, California! La Casita Apartment Homes have changed my life in the best ways ever!

Nice property. Well maintained and clean. It’s also quiet. I enjoy living around nice people. Tenants take great care of their pets. Management always says hello. Been here almost a year and it’s been a great place to live.

I love living here! As a single mom it was important to me to find somewhere clean, safe, close to everything, quiet and has friendly staff. Las Casitas provided us just that. The pool and spa area is my favorite place to relax and my kiddos love having it during the summer! Would recommend this place to anyone.
