May 18, 2025Having lived at Las Piedras for several years, I have watched this property slowly deteriorate due to lack of care by AH4R. Garage doors are different colors, many of the outside garage lights are damaged, the pool is poorly maintained, and the main exit gate is currently stuck open. The landscaping is horrible and the entire property needs to b painted. There is no onsite management and the only time you see any AH4R people is when they are cleaning and repairing vacant units. Management incompetent
August 3, 2016I have lived here for long enough and management has changed several times. No management is on site and if you need maintenance you can only go online. Don't bother trying to call anyone about issues or emailing because the turnover in staff makes it impossible to have anything handled in a timely manner. The property is gated but the gates often break and when they do, it's wide open for anyone to enter... and they do. Certain amount of crime issues here and usually drug related. We've seen ...our share of units with police in and out, etc. There are absolutely NO perks to this place except a very small pool. No workout room, no sauna, no park, no good ambiance. Oh and one of the most important perks -- guarantee your rent will be outrageous and the increases are absurd.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Townhouses in North Phoenix
August 10, 2015I love this place, it is a beautiful, quiet, well maintained, gated community with a pool and friendly neighbors. It offers easy access to freeways and shopping. It is also pet friendly so don't be afraid to bring your "fur-babies"!Review from Apartments.com
