What Can I say?
December 14, 2015I came here as a college student with very little money it was pretty much my only option. All I can say is don't be fooled I've now been here 3 years and recently graduated and have a better job just waiting for my lease to end. But I love my apartments features "Heating" excellent, and what else do you offer? They have a message board to discuss complaints but it's more or less craigslist for tenants. Maintenance forget about it. Only, if it's an emergency is when they will actually come out ...need them to do some touch up paint on your walls a can of toxic spray paint will do the trick! The Palms is a great place to live if you enjoy paying 20 dollars to do laundry each week and love transformers exploding once a month leaving you without power for a whole day and having all your food go badRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

Home is what You Make it...
July 27, 2015I've been in these town home apartments for 9 months.. Unfortunately, wasn't happy with my move. The pool was under renovation since the beginning of my lease. The apartments are dated, for the cost. Which has never been the same since signing due to water & sewage influx. The location has been the only benefit to me because it's minutes from my job. But as I said home is what you make it.. I've decorated it to the best of my ability & I'm now in search for a place I will love to call home!!!Review from Apartments.com
