The apt when I moved in was filthy. Thecleaning crew I hired were on their hands and knees to scrub the floors. A/c heating unit quit 1 week upon moving in, a/c people said it was never properly cleaned over long periods of time, the unit is in the wall in front. Maintenance was never finished. Wound up the apt flooded because drainage for shower was not even connected This was on day 2, leak under sink and it took him 2 times to even fix the issue. illegal drug usage is bad. Numerous complaints made and nothing ever done. Loud stereos heard through walls, slamming of doors and walls that shake the neighbors walls. I had to install camera in front window because of my car/truck was being messed with plus all the other bad activity.It is definitely not a place for children much less anyone else. And the management is terrible as well as maintenence.
