PERFECT COMMUNITY
January 23, 2025I’m active duty military & have resided at Liberty Apartments for the past 18 months. James as well as Lauren have been amazing. Any issues I had including maintenance were resolved almost immediately. The apartment itself is very modern and spacious and common areas are always well kept and clean. Office ALWAYS Helpful & Quick to Respond
February 23, 2024James W. manages the apartments and has ALWAYS been available to help whenever I needed it. He is very kind and informative. The office is attentive to your requests and responds to questions very quickly! My son lives there while attending the Newport News Shipyard Apprenticeship Program. The location is right next door to the yard and each renter gets an assigned parking spot. The maintenance staff are also quick to respond to issues. December 11, 2023I would definitely recommend Liberty to anyone that is looking for a nice apartment. For me its close to work along being close to the bridges and interstates, making commute so much faster. James also has been a huge help to me and is great to work with. No regrets!
July 20, 2023I was stationed in Virginia and didn’t have a car. Which meant I had to find somewhere close to live to walk to work. I ended up choosing Liberty apartments. Honestly, best place I could’ve chosen. The staff are nice, maintenance is fast and professional. I literally put in 5 maintenance tickets because our lights went out (refrigerator and kitchen), our blinds weren’t working properly, and some other stuff. September 13, 2016overall the apartments well kept very helpful and friendly staff but my biggest complaint has to be the thin walls. You can here everything from the traffic outside, neighbors talking, to every step the people living above you make. The street noise and lack of consideration from the residence that live above me are my biggest issues with these apartments. If you can stand the noise, they are perfect. August 9, 2015I have not been living at Liberty Apartments for long, but I am very satisfied with my stay so far. The apartments are new, and they are in excellent shape. The amenities are very nice, including a 24 hour fitness center and community room, a nice pool, and my favorite, a parking garage with assigned parking. It is great to have your own parking space and a spot for your visitors in downtown Newport News. Liberty Apartments is in waking distance from the Newport News Shipyard and the Apprentice ...School, and they offer employee discounts. I have a one bedroom apartment, and it fits me well.
