I would strongly advise anyone considering this apartment complex to look elsewhere. The staff is unprofessional, unreliable, and genuinely uncaring toward residents. Communication is consistently poor—emails and calls go unanswered, and when issues are reported, they are often ignored or handled with little urgency.
The condition of the apartments is equally disappointing. The units are outdated and poorly maintained, with old appliances and equipment that frequently cause problems. The carpets ...
are worn and clearly have not been replaced or properly refurbished in years. Despite paying rent that suggests a certain standard, there have been no meaningful updates or renovations to justify the cost.
The complex is also misleading in its advertising. The apartments do not look like what is shown on the website, which appears heavily edited or outdated and does not reflect the actual condition of the units. Additionally, the property advertises amenities that are not actually available. There is no fitness center, and it has been labeled as “under renovation” for over two years with no progress or clear timeline for completion.
Overall, this complex does not prioritize resident satisfaction or basic upkeep. Between the neglectful management, misleading marketing, lack of advertised amenities, and deteriorating living conditions, this is not a place I would recommend living.
