I've been a recent resident as of September 1st and I've came into several issues as far as parking enforcement goes for my guests and along with my own car. However the issue does not lie within the parking, the issue lies within the most UNPROFESSIONAL property manager I have ever come in contact with in my entire 28 years of moving from apartment to apartment. slammed her desk several times when confronted with a minor inconvience of space regarding parking. She was stressed out and told us she can not do her job regarding a residents toilet not working because we came to her office and asked if she could help us out with our parking issue. She demanded we leave her office after rudely interrupting us several times as we tried to explain to her our problems. Apparently this is not the First complaint either. I would NOT RECCOMEND YOU STAYING IN THESE APARTMENTS because if something goes wrong the property will NOT Be on your side. Instead they will insist the fault is ALL yours and not Ben helpful in any manner. I AGAIN SAY i do NOT recommend this property to anyone that Willl eventually run into any issues. The property manager Ms. Yvette is unproffessional and need time to understand all of her job descriptions include helping her RESIDENTS.
