Thirdly, there's a lot of drug deals that go on in the parking lots. Especially in building 4500. So please, maybe consider elsewhere if you are not comfortable living in that kind of place. Few other things that are unfortunate about this place is, 1 bedrooms only get 1 parking sticker. So, if you & your partner have two cars, prepare to spend an extra $25.00 a month for another sticker. The place has a lot of stink bugs everywhere too, which, they don't seem to care about exterminating that. I'll be honest, during my one year lease I had a few falling out situations with the ladies in the office. I won't post what happened but let me just say they reacted very unprofessionally to where the police were called each time. The Lisle Police Department get called here a lot because they're very rude and talk over you. There's a reason why people don't attend the meetings or break their leases. No one wants unprofessional board leaders. All I can say is, if you have a family, I wouldn't suggest living here. If you're a single person..go for it. But it's too expensive to live here, not well kept on the outside and police are here too often for the price. It's awfully ran, the grounds are always dirty with trash, poop, etc. Kids running up and down hallways, hanging in the staircase....it's just too much going on. Not only that, ask yourself, do you want to live in a place with no fire escapes or fire sprinklers? Or a place that influences their political views with flyers on YOUR door? Just a few things to think about.
