We've been living at Livonia Place Apartments for the past 3 years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The environment is consistently clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciate. The concierge staff is always polite and helpful, adding a welcoming touch to the building. One of the highlights is the daily cleaning of the premises and elevators—it's something you notice and value over time. The only reason it's not a full 5-star review is that, like any place, there’s always ...
room for small improvements. But all in all, it’s been a comfortable and pleasant place to call home.
