This place is a nightmare on Argyle St. There is a man that looks like Freddy Kruger that gets into every ones business who does not work or have a life so walks around snooping around all day maybe to help do the managers job since she believes anything he tells her. They are not kid friendly and rather have thier own personal pets playing in the grassy area than children. Takes weeks to fix something thier excuse is that they only have one maintenance man for 2 complexes! Los Arbolito Senior ...

Citizen Retirement home is what they should name this place!!!!!!

The quietness is the only good thing about this complex. The manager is rude. Theirs so much roaches its ridiculous. Tenant next to us informed the manager they had bed bugs, she didn't do anything about it, until he moved out and informed us their was bed bugs. It was horrible, we woke up with bites for about two weeks. Different companies came to look at our unit and sprayed over our furniture and electronics, which left stains that cant be removed. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I love my apartment because the complex is always quite, the rent is very affordable, when something breaks a friendly maintenance man takes care of the problem right away, and most of all the manager is the best ever.

My aparment is okay not noise at all but the neighborhood isn't that great. But can't wait to upgrade to a better neighborhood. It's an okay for those barley leaving home and don't got much $$.
