I lived here for 3 years. We really wanted to stay but the way they operate made it impossible. We would call and they never answered. We would leave voicemail's to never get returned. We would send numerous of emails and they would take days to reply. We needed issues to be fixed we were on our own. We had break-ins happened because they failed to fix peoples back fence. You should ask the people currently still there if they haven't left already. We had to keep calling and emailing for them ...

to fix our fence. We had plumbing issues. They only came to fix it once in the 3 years we were there. If anything brakes or does not work you are on your own.If your house gets broken into and they smash your windows all you will get is a piece of wood to cover it! We only stayed there for so long because we have family that lived near by. We were very happy to leave once our lease was over
