The property manager was extremely unwelcoming. rushed me out had no desire to answer any of my questions told me the add was just for marketing,she was not pleasant at all. I don’t recommend this place.

I have lived here at Patricia Parc over one year. I have been happy living here. It's like living in a small vacation resort. I also have easy close access to the grocery stores, bank, gym and pool. The courtyard area with a fireplace and barbeque areas are an added great feature. I was fortunate to get a garage. I've had the pleasure of meeting some nice neighbors too!

I was one of the first to move inn to this beautiful complex and its been wonderful! The sense of community with the neighbors is strong and Leah has been amazing to deal with through this whole experience.

Leah the manger just has no idea what she is doing. Very nice lady but has no idea. She misinformed us and promised things to us like a parking garage “which was included”. When we later asked she denied what she has pervious told us. It’s a beautiful place but horribly mismanaged

Management is terrible. Tells you months later that you are terrible residents when you paid rent on time and never had one complaint filed.
Good luck finding parking. The “secure complex” leaves the gates open ALL THE TIME blaming wind.
Garages are not for storage yet the property manager stores stuff... no way to track parking. Gang signs tagged on the INSIDE of the gate.
NOT SOUNDPROOF AT ALL
I’ve lived in 10 apartments and this was the worst. The worst management. The worst ...
‘maintenance’. Get ready to be spammed with ‘deals from other residents’. This place is a joke.

Worst Management I’ve Ever Experienced

I’ve moved nine times in my life and I’m in my mid twenties to give you an idea of my experience after almost a year living at these newly built apartments..
Pros:
- Newly built
- New equipment (refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.)
- Internet/Cable included in rent (if you consider that a pro)
- Gated Community
Cons:
- Worst Management I’ve ever experienced
- Want something fixed? Be prepared to be forgotten about or it take two weeks for them to contact an outside source
- Soundproof walls are ...
not soundproof at all
- Invasive Management likes to snoop around your apartment in the areas that do not require their attention
- Assigned/Designated parking? What a joke, there is no way to distinguish a resident and a guest if they come into the gated community, no sticker, no tag, no label or designated sign in spots for residents. People just invite their friends and family over to take residents parking inconsiderately. Residents park in fire lanes claiming to “unload.” Non-handicapped individuals parking in handicapped parking spaces due to lack of parking. Landscapers hired by the complex leaf-blow debris onto your vehicles. Some residents also claim three spaces even though the max is two?
- Garage spaces $75 extra, was told not to be used as storage, yet the management agent that disclosed that to us uses it as storage. “Do as I say and not as I do?” Along with many other residents.
- Resident community can’t even follow simple guidelines like no smoking on property or social distancing, instead lighting small trees on fire at 5am and social gatherings in the courtyard during social distancing.
- Soliciting galore, be prepared to have your phones and emails spammed by the complex.

My husband and I looked at every apartment in Simi Valley before we settled on Patricia Parc Apartments. We live in a one bedroom apartment on the first floor. While our neighbors are amazing people you would think they are never home with how little we hear them. Leah the manager has been so helpful from showing us the appartment that first time while it was still under construction to today. I have lived in a few apartments in my life and this one is the absolute best!!
