Relocation Nightmare!! Do not move Here!!!
January 15, 2024It is obvious that this unit was neither checked or cleaned before I arrived. First it is very dirty. The electrical outlets, the light switches, the shelves in the closets, the baseboards, and few of the doors are all dirty. The insides of the kitchen cabinets, the kitchen corners, the floor under the stove and on the side of the diswasher are also dirty. The front door is very dirty and it looks like some sort of black mold on the bottom of the door. Also the door is not fitted properly in ...the opening. There is a big gap at the top, which will let the heat and air out and increase the utility bill. More bugs will also be able to get in. The toilet in the second bathroom is broken, continously running, and doesn't flush. When I run the faucet in the kitchen the water heater makes loud noises. There are dead roaches all over the floor and in the corners of the room, which is a safety issue since I have a curious two year old. I don't feel comfortable moving anything in that doesn't close or zip . The unit also needs to be repainted. It looks very dingy. Also the paint on the ceiling did not look like that in the pictures I saw. I t makes me feel like I live in a basement and is very outdated. The washing machine has mold and standing water in it. The outlets in one of the bathrooms are non functioning. There are at least two outlets in the living room that don't work as well. The hinges to the cabinets under the sink are very loose, and the cabinet does not fully close. I have called corporate twice and left messages. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because of an infestation of roaches. This situation has become almost unbearable. I know they are trying hard to get control of the problem but it continues to be a very bad issue.
