Nice Property- Quiet and Peaceful
November 14, 2022Office staff is absolutely awesome, a real fresh breath of fresh air. The only sore spot are the children that throw rocks everywhere, and the tenants that will not pick up their dog's poop. IT seems as though my area seems to be the preferred spot for the pooches. There are also bottles and cans that tenants throw on and behind the bushes in front of building 11. I have taken the time to throw them in the dumpster. March 18, 2021Let me start out by saying I’ve lived here for over 2 years. Beautiful apartment layout, easy commute to Nellis, and accessibility to shopping centers all around. Maintenance is very swift on any and all repairs. Now onto the bad: being military notified of a last minute deployment, gave my notice as soon as I was notified, and thoroughly cleaned my apartment from top to bottom before I departed. Notified the Front office and management I will be paying the following months rent later than ...usual, with an okay, but got heckled and threaten with an eviction notice even though I notified them. Been two months since I departed and they’re still charging me for a water bill and cleaning fees. RESIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK! All the apartments I’ve leased, I’ve never had this much of a headache after I’ve terminated my lease due to deployments and had to move out. Rental history has always been labeled as phenomenal. Even called the managing company of the apartments and spoke with someone who’d informed a representative will get back to me as diligently as possible but instead they called the front office. Why would I speak to the front office again if I’m calling the management company to give a informal complaint. Just wanted to share my horrible experience with this place. Rather stay in Eagle Trace than to rent from this company again.Property Manager Responded

May 4, 2020The complex is very pretty, the amenities are great, and the apartments are spacious. The good things stop there. Upon move-in, we couldn’t happen to notice our apartment was FILTHY! Food and crumbs in the carpet, hand and foot prints all over the bathrooms, spots and grease in the kitchen - it was like their cleaning crew never went in after the last tenant. There’s no grace period on rent, there are break ins ALL THE TIME! You can see windows in the bottom floors where the frames are bent from ...break ins. December 12, 2017The property/unit in person is the same as in pictures. Quiet and clean so far. Just moved in. Make sure you call and setup your power (no appt needed) and gas(tech must come out but this can be sched online) 2-3 business days before you arrive. Your gas services the hot water, dryer, stove/oven, and heating. Electricity is everything else (i.e. lights/outlets). Have your cable/wifi delivered or you will have to drive to them and wait 30 minutes. Choose a North/NW/NE facing balcony as it gets the ...most shade. No need to buy a lamp as there are plenty of lights. 1.5 blocks, if that, from CVS and fast food. Maintenance responds quickly.Property Manager Responded

Management does not care for tenants
September 6, 2017I have lived here for 6 months and last week my sister was robbed at gun point in front of my apartment. I spoke to management about breaking the lease they told me that If I wanted to break the lease I'll have to pay for it. The whole time I have lived here they have not fixed the outside lights, which makes it extremely dark also the security lounges around at the front of the complex and hardly walks around to patrol. I am a single mother of 3 and no longer feel safe here. I haven't been able ...to sleep because of how afraid I am and it's sad to see that this complex only cares for the money. Only thing is there is no grace period so if rent isn't in by office closing time on the 1st then there is a $70 late charge added by the 2nd of the month and 10 everyday after that. July 28, 2015We love our apartment complex because it is very quiet and gated. The homes are very nice in this area and it's very kid friendly. The only complaint I have is with the management. My husband lost his job before I gave birth to our child and they charge a $70 late fee and then $10 everyday you are late. We tried talking to management to see if they would let us pay a week later and they said no. You would think the managent would be more empathetic to people who just had a Baby and someone who ...just lost their job but quickly got another and was gonna pay the rent a week later. They are so quick to try to evict you. Also, when we moved here we thought out rent was $750, turns out we pay extra for water/ trash, pest control, website fee, cable.. so we pay more like $880 every month. Nice Place
August 17, 2015I lived here for nine months about two years ago and they were great, my downstairs neighbors on the other hand were not that good. I complained multiple times about them, but nothing ever happened and I ended up moving out and hoping that the next tenants wouldn't have to deal with them. They are quick to pass judgment on you if you're late for rent, it doesn't matter the reason (I had a problem because my lawyer took money when they weren't suppose to) and the total tab ended up being 1100 ...bucks after about 3 days of not paying, absolutely ridiculous!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015I have a two bed, two bath apartment. The master bed room is large and roomy, the walk in closet is fabulous. The second bed room is roomy which also has a walk in closet, lots of storage space. The bathrooms are luxurious and the overall floor plan is perfect. There is a full size washer/dryer. The apartment is centrally located to schools and shopping. It has a wonderful covered recreation area, a cooking area which includes grills, prep sink, outdoor furniture and TV. Great place to live!
August 6, 2015This a great apartment complex to live in if you like to be in a secluded part of Vegas! There are stores close by and the strip is 15 to 20 minutes away! The only reason I don't give this complex a 5 star is because of the hidden fees they include in addition to your rent. Also, rent is due on the first with no exceptions! If you are late they will charge you a lawyer fee ($60) plus $10 everyday you are late.
