Let me start out by saying I’ve lived here for over 2 years. Beautiful apartment layout, easy commute to Nellis, and accessibility to shopping centers all around. Maintenance is very swift on any and all repairs.
Now onto the bad: being military notified of a last minute deployment, gave my notice as soon as I was notified, and thoroughly cleaned my apartment from top to bottom before I departed. Notified the Front office and management I will be paying the following months rent later than
...usual, with an okay, but got heckled and threaten with an eviction notice even though I notified them. Been two months since I departed and they’re still charging me for a water bill and cleaning fees. RESIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK! All the apartments I’ve leased, I’ve never had this much of a headache after I’ve terminated my lease due to deployments and had to move out. Rental history has always been labeled as phenomenal. Even called the managing company of the apartments and spoke with someone who’d informed a representative will get back to me as diligently as possible but instead they called the front office. Why would I speak to the front office again if I’m calling the management company to give a informal complaint. Just wanted to share my horrible experience with this place. Rather stay in Eagle Trace than to rent from this company again.
