First-Time Renters: A Word of Caution
May 2, 2025As a first-time renter, I would advise others to be cautious during the initial walkthrough and lease signing process. My walkthrough with Ms. Brittney lasted barely two minutes, and the lease signing was similarly brief, with little explanation provided. My primary concern, however, lies with the handling of my first rent payment. Although I had a valid payment method saved in the resident portal, it was not charged as expected. Instead, I was issued a late fee—despite the fact that the delay ...was due to the management's failure to properly explain or process the account setup. This should have been clearly addressed during the lease signing. I sincerely hope this issue is resolved promptly. However, based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this property to others at this time.Property Manager Responded

January 19, 2025PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS Overall it’s just a money hungry apartment complex… it’s really no ventilation so mold grows on everything quickly had to throw away most of my clothes due to mold as they just sat in the closet.. they do not come and spray for bugs how they are supposed to therefore roaches and other bugs appear.. they hit you with the most outrageous hvac bills especially living on the first floor the water heaters leak and they charge you when they come outReview from Apartments.com

Do not move here
February 25, 2023Save your money and move somewhere else. Read the reviews, everyone has the same problems, constant hvac problems. A/C goes out for days even weeks at a time yet you'll get charge a hvac fee. Smart key door locks malfunctions, if you ever forget you hard key you'll get lock out. If the office is close you're out of luck. They'll refer you to their locksmith but if he doesn't feel like coming then theres nothing you can do. Fees on top of more fees. If you ever have a problem and want to speak to ...corporate good luck they'll never call you or return your calls. Don't get fooled with the fake 5 star reviews.Property Manager Responded

July 2, 2022Lived here for two months and that is how long I have been waiting for maintenance and management to correct and repair said items. Maintenance never respond to repair request. When I moved in the walls were dirty ( not painted) in all rooms except the living room. Paint all over the floor in living room and hall. Previous owner had a large dog and it scratched up the door facing in the balcony. Asked for it to be painted and balcony floor power washed. I am still waiting. Garbage disposal smells ...and my work request is still pending. Can’t wait until my lease is up.Property Manager Responded

September 26, 2021I recommend anyone to live here. The Office staff are very welcoming and very Professional. Cindy is very nice. She took the time to show me the Entire Community. The Apartment before I rented here. I give the Entire Staff a 10 Rating. The Office area/ Lobby Very Clean. Im very big on Presentation. They are Very well organized. Management Needs More Training
March 30, 2020After living at Radius for two years, it became apparent that property management at the complex level (primarily the Property Manager, as the other two office staff have left and been replaced at least twice), needs additional training in customer service, leadership, and communication. Something routinely said by former residents is that management and maintenance have difficulty following the timelines they establish, enforcing policies/regulations (to include, but not limited to, illegal ...drug use and illegal parking on site), and communicating in a proper and timely manner with residents. Even working with corporate to resolve situations shows that the complex staff and corporate are not on the same page. The complex itself is nice on the outside but the apartments were constructed shoddily and using incorrect installation methods, which management and maintenance have acknowledged but have been dealing with as they come up instead of being proactive. Additionally, as a "pet friendly" complex, they have routinely failed to demonstrate that fact by creating issues with residents with animals while the same complaints are being submitted towards residents without animals; whereas the complaints regarding residents without animals go unaddressed. As well as the "dog park" that is continuously becoming less pet friendly (ex. removing majority of grass and placing gravel).Property Manager Responded
