As a first-time renter, I would advise others to be cautious during the initial walkthrough and lease signing process. My walkthrough with Ms. Brittney lasted barely two minutes, and the lease signing was similarly brief, with little explanation provided.
My primary concern, however, lies with the handling of my first rent payment. Although I had a valid payment method saved in the resident portal, it was not charged as expected. Instead, I was issued a late fee—despite the fact that the delay ...
was due to the management's failure to properly explain or process the account setup. This should have been clearly addressed during the lease signing.
I sincerely hope this issue is resolved promptly. However, based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this property to others at this time.
