I lived in Madison Park Apartments for over 2 years. Management has changed 4 times. My car was vandalized ( broken rear window), my apartment was burglarized twice. They brought HPD to patrol, then the new management in 2024 came in and I thought they would be different but 2 months later in May 2024 they hired Waste Management for trash pickup, I thought that was great but the old company never picked up there thrash. As of today Oct 2024 the old trash container are still full of trash ...

causing rats, roaches, flying insects and yes oppossums ( I have pictures). The office does not know what they are doing and I had to move when my lease was up at the end of Sept 2024

They say they are going to do something, and often they don't follow through. They do not like giving you your deposit back. The only reason I am giving them two stars is because I like how much space I had and it was not expensive.

I moved here in Oct 2015 and like it so far . For the price and the size of the complex you can't beat it..I'm not to happy about the neighborhood but hey you gotta start somewhere...quiet,and mantince is always on point

Apartments well kept and quite. Affordable and good location. Area of town has changed for the better and great schools near by. Near the beltway8 easy excess to I-10 and 59.
