This is a great location, very close to stores, schools and restaurants. This is a non smoking complex and family friendly. the rent is very reasonable and the new management is very good!!!! It's nestled in a nice area surrounded by homes and a park. Safe neighborhood.

There is a bipolar schizophrenic neighbor who attacked me physically. I reported twice with Tom and Chuck. They did nothing. Dont rent here if safety is a priority for you. Plus they take for ever to get any maintenance job done.
