March 16, 2022I enjoy living at Madison apartments. I have lived there 11 years. I appreciate that it is a safe place to live, that they do back ground checks on all residents and that they put in security doors, so you do a code to be able to get in the building. Anytime I have called for maintenance, they respond quickly and it is taken care of. I appreciate that they do not put up with disruptive tenants or tenants doing illegal activities and are evicted immediately. December 6, 2021Madison is a pleasant building to live in. Its centrally located (close to the hospital, where I work, and to the mall and stores). The people there are friendly and also helpful whenever Im carrying something heavy. However, they should provide outdoor outlets for plugging in our vehicles when its VERY cold and also better garages (with remote garage door openers) and with more space to drive in/out of them!Review from Apartments.com
