I am a current resident here and I would NOT recommend living here to anyone. Ever since I moved I’ve had problems. I found roaches and other pest in my apartment several times even though I keep my space very tidy. There is mold in the vents and the apartments are extremely humid. They also frequently close the office and pool at random. One of my guests cars got broken into. Everyday I drive past the visitors spots and the street parking and there is broken glass everywhere from where they ...
broke into people’s windows EVERYDAY. They just clean up the glass just for there to be a new pile the next day. I saw two cars with broken windows just before writing this. They also have the nerve to have no cameras in that area so don’t expect them to be of any help when accessing who broken in. They also have the audacity to tow cars in the same spots. I just find it funny that they can motor the visitors parking enough to tow cars but not to stop break-ins. They are very much aware of the situation and have done nothing to stop it. Additionally, it is right next to a railroad and the trains blows a loud horn all night so if the sounds of people’s cars getting broken into and dogs barking don’t keep you up at night the train definitely will. They also have a stupid rule where you can’t park your car in reverse and they will tow you if you do so. Also you won’t find a spot at night in the gate if you don’t have an assigned parking so you will then have to park outside the gate which will likely get your car broken into. This apartment is not a good area and there are many homeless people around include several a good of homeless people that hangout right next to the apartments. It is very dangerous and the apartment does not have any protection. I do not feel safe here. DO NOT MOVE HERE…and if you do good luck!

Super nice neighbors. Overall the experience has been okay. But overall I would not recommend to anyone I know personally. I moved here for convenience and the move in rates.

Terrible apartments

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. DO NOT LIVE HEREEEEE! I have only been here 4 months and this complex is terrible. I wish I could get out of my lease tomorrow. It’s never anywhere to park. The power randomly goes out. I found mold in my apartment. Sockets were broken when I moved in and water was not hot, I had to constantly contact maintenance 4 times for the issue to be picked. Just terrible overall, don’t waste your time!!!!! Also, the residents just throw stuff around the ...
dumpster which causes flies to be everywhere.
