It’s great because of the management/ maintenance team is fast and efficient, the gym is 24hrs, the location is very close to the FW and all businesses, and the cleanliness of the property/ landscaping. It’s not perfect because, living on the third floor the floors creek with every step, parking is not always available, some spots are not usable due to the curbs being risen and uneven. This property also has a wasp problem. DAUBER WASPS. They do have pest control that will help you remove and ...
prevent but these wasps are terrifying. Be aware this is next to a firehouse as well so you will be hearing the alarms daily. Other than that it is fairly quiet, expect normal neighbor sounds and it’s not a bad place to live.

I currently am living in the Manchester Apartments. They are located in a great area and surrounded by great stores! The manger is great and the rest of the staff! I love that they have two pools and a great gym. Animal friendly as well.
