Rip off
January 13, 2024I lived in these apartments and recently moved out. I called and left multiple messages about the move out and no one returned my call. I spoke to the maintenance man and showed him the calls i placed that no one was returning. I moved out and continued to call. No call back. I called FPI and of course got a voicemail, left a message. The next day i get a letter in the mail from a debt collector that i owe them money and am not responding to their notices. I never got a phone call or any mail ...from them. Hasnt even been 30 days and they reported me to a debt collector. Why i owe them money, i have no clue. The aprtment was cleaner when i moved out than it was when i moved in. My deposit was 300 so apparently 300 isnt enough to cover whatever i owe money for. My call log will show my many calls, and my pictures of the apartment can prove there was no kind of damage. They are just trying to rip me off. Dont move hereRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
