New management is bad
March 26, 2022I have lived here for three years total and one year on my own. The first two years were great. It was when management changed to the current staff that I started to experience issues. I have done nothing but be a quiet resident who paid rent on time, but they decided that I apparently deserve a notice stating that I violated my lease agreement of waste disposal. This was after an inspection that they didn’t specify what they were looking for. I called the day before and had to leave a voicemail ...that never got returned. The following Friday I received a notice stating that I failed to dispose waste correctly. The only waste in my home was a trash van that was full and I had planned on taking out that evening. There wasn’t anything on the floors or anything that could leave damage to the unit. And seeing how they changed office hours to where they are closed on the weekends, I couldn’t even call them to ask what specifically they meant (Though I would probably have to leave a voicemail that never gets returned). So in other words, I enjoyed living here for the first two years, but the last year has made me want to leave quicker than I can explainProperty Manager Responded

April 9, 2020Maple ridge apartments are very awesome ! The staff is very friendly and very patient! The maintenance is outstanding ! Mindy and Jamie and all the maintenance staff care about their residents and care for their safety and well being ! And our courtesy officer does amazing ! He checks on and around the property and makes sure no one that is not supposed to be snooping on site ! He also keeps residents and the noise level down ! It’s nice and quite around here and i feel very safe here !Property Manager Responded

I love it here!
July 28, 2015My apartment is fantastic. The landlady, Missy, is so very sweet and kind. I have never waited more than 24 hours for anything to be fixed and I rarely need to have things fixed. The complex is quiet and peaceful. My neighbors watch out for each other and the complex as a whole. I feel safe and that my needs are cared for and met very quickly.Property Manager Responded
