Maravillosa is a wonderful place! It has lots to offer from beautiful pools to gym and spacious tech center/office, where residents can print doc's free of charge. Staff do a great job and are very attentive to residents needs. Dolce at front desk went above and beyond to assist me with a computer problem I had. It's super clean and free coffee all day!

New to apartment living

I've lived here one year. Most of the residents are nice. There are a lot of dogs, which I love but they do bark a lot. My biggest complaint is that it does not get cleaned on a regular basis and the traffic and parking is horrible, especially when there is an event at the Save Mart Center or FSU. The carpets here have never been shampooed which is evident when you walk the halls. The trash in the trash rooms do not get emptied daily and it smells horrendous in the summer time. There is a lot of ...
dust from the surrounding orchards and fields so having your windows open gets dust all over the apartment, even with the air purifiers on. These apartments run warm. We keep our thermostat at 80 and our bill in August was $258, which was more than we paid in a 3 bedroom house. So expect to pay about $250 a month for PG&E if you keep your AC at 80. We've sort of gotten accustomed to the noise, but it is pretty loud around here with the car shows and college kids burning out. Other than that, we've made some good friends here and enjoy some of the events and restaurants in the area.
