June 30, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve been living here for over a year now. I’ve loved it so far. Everyone is nice, I love my apartment, the amenities are great and well maintained. BUT: This year, my A/C has broken for the THIRD time and my apartment got up to 85 degrees inside yesterday and today. I was told they would fix it first thing this morning and was hoping they would before I left my DOG AT HOME to go to work, but I got nothing. Calling just got me “I’ll let the team know and we will give you an update.” This is ...absurd. They do not care. The lease states “air conditioning problems are not an emergency.” If it’s 90-100 degrees outside, YES IT IS! There is also a great number of homeless people that sleep on the street outside. From the moment we moved in, it felt like home. The amenities are truly amazing and make a big difference in our daily lives—whether it’s the gym, pool, or the shared lounge areas, everything is top-notch and well-maintained. With a newly built building, pleasing floor plans, beautiful amenities and common rooms, and above all lovely people on staff- what is there not to love? The location is great with downtown walking distance away, as well as many other great restaurants and shops. There are community events and ways to connect with your neighbors. The office is responsive and helpful, as is the maintenance team. The only issues we had initially was with setting up Google fiber ...internet.
