Money hungry property management
July 21, 2022You should rethink living here. They do not have ceiling fans as stated and no longer cover any utilities starting this August,on top of the fact rent has been raised. Upkeep of the overall structure/interior of the apartment is lacking.Paper thin ceilings and walls are a constant inconvenience as well as rust and water stains in bathrooms.Save your money and go somewhere nice for the same price or lessReview from Apartments.com

March 11, 2019When you go for a tour of the apartment they make you feel welcomed and wanted as soon as you sign on the dotted line it becames more of a nightmare takes forever to get something fixed when they decide to send some to fix the problem it's always half done. Office manager is alway too busy doing other things then to attend to tendants needs and concerns. January 24, 2017Great community. Management staff is always extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the resident. When touring apartments Mary's welcoming personality was the reason we chose the community above all others. Don't Rent Here
October 7, 2015This complex seems to pull a bait and switch tactic. When you go to tour the grounds, they take you to a model that is nicely finished, and makes you feel like this is home. When they called to let us know our apartment was ready, they would not allow us to do a walk-through before signing the lease. The office staff stated that no-one can enter until the lease is signed, but we will have 5 days to report complaints and they will resolve them. We took a leap of faith, but when we went into ...the unit, it was moldy, was not renovated as they told us it would be, and would not let us null the contract...on the same day we signed. Unfortunately, our attorneys and theirs are still battling it out and we are stuck in this damp, moldy, smelly place. The grounds look nice, but residents and/or visitors throw their beer cans and trash on the ground and it takes the complex a day or two to remove them. We do feel we are in a safe area, but outside of that we would not recommend this property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 10, 2015I love my apartment! I love the management and the maintenance! They are all very professional and kind. They truly care about us as renters and the property itself. The company that owns the property takes great care in making sure everything looks great and is in working order. I appreciate the great communication between the office and us renters.
