Poor quality apartment community, an insult to Fort Worth

Mariposa Park apartment community is unappealing, uninviting, and as well, poor in its appearance. The grounds look unsafe and dirty, inside of this transient apartment community there is an unearthly or an eeriness and darkness void! There is no professional staff around,a leasing office does not have normal business hours, there is not a good maintenance team, either. Also, this apartment complex is pest infested and squalid for lack of proper care. Skip this apartment community! There are no ...

Poor Apartment Management

The apartments are satisfactory but the apartment manager is rarely in the office and no one has a way to communicate with her. Even though office hours are supposed to be 9-5, she rarely appears before 11 a.m. and often leaves within 2-3 hours.
