    Hat's off to the staff at Mark Lane!! Ms. Mirtha is so kind and professional, always has a smile on her face, and most importantly, ALWAYS is willing to help. and her team is fabulous!     definitely recommend it to my friends and family!!!!!! My experience with Mark Ln has been very good. I'd like to give a special thanks to the staff on site, Pedro and John. They are always very responsive, helpful, and extremely welcoming, which makes this place so great and wonderful to stay. The facilities are beautiful and immaculate thanks to the maintenance and cleaning crew. I absolutely love the monthly variety of activities offered to make us feel like one community, and I am blessed to have so many amazing amenities that I use and need to take full advantage of. I am so glad it worked out for me to have this roof over my head at Mark Ln ! It is a lovely community and a beautiful place to call home.

    I always care a lot about comfort and convenience for my family when looking for a new apartment or house, especially somewhere close to my work. Since we’ve moved several times, we know exactly what to look for — the rules, the details, and what truly makes a place feel like home. Here at Mark Lane, we found everything we needed — and honestly, it exceeded our expectations. The apartments are super modern, and when we moved in, everything was brand new. We were actually the first residents in ...
    our unit! We’re now at the end of our second lease renewal, and we plan to stay a bit longer while my job is still nearby. Out of all the places we’ve seen — and compared to where our friends live around North Naples — our apartment is by far the best. Both the unit itself and the shared spaces are a step above any other community in the area. I totally recommend Mark Lane for anyone looking for comfort and convenience for their family.

    Here in the North Naples area, the apartments at the Mark Lane community are absolutely beautiful — new, modern, and super spacious! The landscaping around the property is stunning, and the clubhouse is amazing — everything is so well-decorated and smells incredible! We’re a family of four, and we toured pretty much every apartment and townhouse complex in North Naples, but honestly, Mark Lane wins by far when it comes to the quality of the apartments and the common areas. The pool is totally ...
    Instagram-worthy, and the gym has an awesome view of both the pool and the lake! You really feel like you’re living in paradise here. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is always so helpful and easy to reach — just great people all around! Plus, they organize fun monthly activities for residents, which really helps everyone connect as a community — such a great idea!

  • Was good, AVOID NOW DUE TO NEW MANAGEMENT

    Was a good place, new management charging for everything not willing to work with those in unique situations, ie moving and making pay for a month because they can’t put extra work into leasing the unit, I’d avoid if at all possible - other places like allure, Addison place the pearl etc.

    Hello,They charge as if live in a luxurious community when it is not. I lived in this community for 7 months. First, thing I had to change apartments because the apartment began to fill with mold including the storage. The hallways had never been cleaned. They keep a crocodile, which has come out on several occasions, creating concern and fear and the edge of the lake is dirty. The children's park has fire ants, bugs, and some residents are not aware and take their pets there. The entrance doors ...
    to the building remain closed without lock and one in the back has been broken for a long time. The BBQs remain dirty and often without gas. The garbage in recent times remains full for more than a week. The Starbucks filter machine needs to be changed for about 5 months and they didn't. In the office, they are very unprofessional, they leave personal notes on the door without an envelope. In short, the price is NOT compatible with the well-being, cleanliness, and dedication to the community.

    Had to move unexpectedly after the hurricane. Was thrilled to find Mark Lane Apartments. Brianna was extremely helpful, accommodating, and was able to get us into a beautiful unit promptly! Both myself and my daughter are thoroughly impressed with the amenities and community. Loving it so far!
