Very good experience
October 10, 2022I moved here in August from Boston.. I looked at several apartments before finding Marnelle. The girls in the office-Tanisha and Idara were extremely helpful and accoomidating. The maintainance guys-Jose and Miguel also were very good at their jobs. I witnessed several times how this team of professionals went above and beyond to make sure peoples needs were met. This whole process of moving was made less stressful for me and for that I am very grateful to everyone who made that happen! Jose ...beautified my kitchen, fireplace and bathtub way over my expectations. I can finally say- I am home now and I couldn’t be more happy!! I love this lil community and look forward to many.good times ahead! The area is is located right between Peach Tree City and Fayetteville, so you have the best of both cities and also very close to everything you need. Horrible
February 24, 2018Horrible place to live. Don’t tent or buy here! If you have s repair issue they txke forever to get back to you. You have to practically beg them to fix s problem. You will be ignored. Office will say open witn the lights on but no one will answer and the phone goes straight to voice mail. They ignor you and your emergencies. When they do finally call you back they’ll try to put the repair back on you. They are dishonest. The rent goes up every year! No improvements are ever made to this dump of ...a place. The playground is a joke. This place is cheap but the management sucks and the mail service is horrible too. When collecting your mail you’ll see several other letters just laying around. The mail person puts it in the wrong slot often. Also packages get sent to the wrong address often too. A week ago we had several cops here late at night trying to bust in the neighbor home.
