We are close to the 101, 60 and 202 freeways, ASU, Tempe Lake and Tempe Market. Our Town Homes each have two patios with a six foot wall and locking gates both on the front and back of your home. The back patio has washer and dryer hook ups. On the ground floor, you have a living room, dinning & kitchen, ½ bath and a large pantry. The second floor has two bedrooms and a den; a master bedroom and two piggyback rooms (you go through the den to get to the second bedroom you can use the middle room for a den or bedroom).
