Horrible!! My AC went out in 100 degree whether and they refuse to come check it out after I tried to get ahold of someone all day. After no answers I had to call the after hours and they said open your doors I have nothing keeping animals out of my apartment if I do that! The trash cans have profanity on them, their stair case is falling apart, the building next time is falling apart, I’m missing smoke detectors, when I moved in I had to clean everything, and better yet when the property manager ...

Don’t judge a book by its cover, they only post pictures they want you to see, behind close doors is a whole different story. They take forever to fix anything in the apartments even if it’s an EMERGENCY! I’ve been waiting 5 months(it’s been broken since I moved in)for my bathroom faucet to get fix, and still nothing. I’ve left messages, I even left the broken faucet on their desk and they still haven’t come. I personally don’t recommend this place. Can’t live a normal life in this apartment ...
without the necessities of life. MUST WASH MY HANDS AFTER USING THE RESTROOM!!!!! That’s an EMERGENCY!!!

It takes them forever to fix something.Even when you call them and make a complaint of how long they are taking they tell you someone will come that day and no one shows.The new management is lazy and neglectful. If i had the money to break my lease and move i would.
Loud Neighbor and bad parking

I've been here over a year and had to deal with loudness everyday. I've had my neighbors child run water down through the ceiling of the bathroom walls. Parking spaces are very bad when neighbors park on your side of your apartment rather in front on there own apartment. Windows are somewhat not insulated good heat leaks out in winter and cool air leaks out in the summer. Its a little pricey for what you are getting. Plus has a very small kitchen.
