MAINTENANCE IS HORRIBLE
August 18, 2025I am a current resident and I cannot wait for my lease to be up so I can move. Ever since the start of summer, every three weeks My AC is breaking. currently as i am writing this review, My AC has not been working all weekend and I’m still waiting for somebody to come out. I would highly move to a place that has good maintenance. It’s sad that my family has to endure this heat. This has happened over five occurrences during this summer. November 2, 2024Don’t move here! They’re infested with mice & roaches ! They don’t care about their residents. Never answer calls & have to pay for pest control they don’t even provide EVERY MONTH. That is ridiculous. Stove keeps going out. I recommend this place to no one seriously. Give your coins somewhere else. It’s needs to be tore down. If I could give zero stars I would. Don't Move Here!
September 20, 2023They overcharge like crazy. My rent including the few things they do offer is at least $100 less than what I'm charged, you have to try to decline the $90/month cable charge before you ever sign the lease or you get stuck with it even if you never use it, there's mice, roaches, spiders, gnats, and other bugs everywhere no matter how clean you have your apartment. The carpet doesn't reach all the walls so it's hard to clean/avoid bugs. My floor has had glue coming through the cracks even after ...months of living here, there's water damage since before I ever moved in, my AC broke and for 3 weeks I didn't live there but was still expected to pay the full month's rent. The communication is horrendous and you can never get ahold of someone unless you physically walk into the office and that's only IF someone is even there. Overall I've never had such a bad experience living somewhere especially for the amount I'm expected to pay every month.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

HONESTLY DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS
June 8, 2022Just listen to the reviews this place is honestly just a waste of your time the place is not what they make it seem in the pictures and the management is horrible you try to talk to them and they don't even answer your question. We had applied for the apartments and then got denied cause of "income" which was stupid because we make more then enough and when we call to ask about this they switch it up saying it was credit which was also not the case. September 14, 2019A few things you should know before moving here. There are no phone jacks, there are no cable lines. That will cost you hundred to get installed. The plumping is terrible. The cost of the apartment is cheap but when you factor in all the utilities gas, electric, water and washer & dryer you could live somewhere nicer for the same price.Review from Apartments.com
