Metro Fremont is a decent property at best. The office, maintenance, and cleaning teams work very hard to keep this property clean and running efficiently. Unfortunately the cons outweigh the pros; building is quite loud, doors slamming, trains blaring, music booming in the parking lot, neighbors screaming in the halls or in their units (90% of neighbors I encountered are very lovely, respectful people, I was just not so fortunate with my adjacent neighbors). Laundry facilities are okay, parking ...
is uncovered so your car will become covered in pollen and bird excrement daily during the warmer months. When I lived here, the cost was lower therefore the conditions were acceptable for what I was paying, but I couldn’t recommend this place at the rent they are trying to charge now. You can find a better complex at this price point.
