Garbage
August 10, 2016Complex has been rebuilding since May 2015 & wasn't any prettier before that flood than now. So far 1st floor has flooded 2x in 2yrs. Power often goes out for elongated periods of time without notice. Roach infested. Pet policy is whatever the staff feels like saying it is that day. AC units are mediocre @ best even when working @ full potential. DON'T move into 1st floor. DON'T move in without flood insurance. MOLD INFESTED
May 14, 2016I lived here 2015-2016 and this was one of the worst apartment living experiences I've had. This place is infested with mold. There was MOLD everywhere and I doubt, based on my experience with management, they will remedy the MOLD issue. BEWARE OF MOLD EXPOSURES, my family and I had real physical mold exposure symptoms. Meyergrove Apartments
August 27, 2015Great location near the 610 freeway however there's not a lot of traffic. The neighborhood is very nice, if you work in the Medical Center or if you are a student the bus line is accessible. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you are looking for family or date night and the Meyerland shopping mall is a three minute drive away although the Galleria is also minutes away. Neighbors watch out for one another although there is constant security throughout the residence. A living nightmare
August 6, 2015summer the Ac has gone out. ITS SAD THAT I HAVE TO PAY RENT AND BUY AN WINDOW UNIT AND TO FANS. Finally had to buy a window unit last night since the days are going to be 100 degrees now. So sick of this place. Management doesn't care and just tosss it up to "it's an old building there's going to be problems". It's a living nightmare. I have a little dog that can't stand this heat and have to take her to work with me just so she can survive. THIS PLACE AND MANAGEMENT SUCKS.Review from Apartments.com
