    This property should not be advertised, as a good place to live in downtown Sacramento, California. Some of the tenants are heavy drug users, and is often occupied by vagrants who hang on the premises.

    I can't believe these apartments are on apartment.com, I have lived at these terrible apartments. There is gang activity, drug activity, prostitute activity, people hang out on this property all through the night. If you are looking to get an apartment here please investigate them before you rent... Side note the manager knows all the illegal activity that is happening at 700 12th Street.
