I recently moved into Midtown Park Apartments and have been incredibly pleased with my experience so far! The new management team is truly making a difference here. They're very responsive and clearly care about the well-being of the residents. The community feels safer and more vibrant than ever. Plus, the location is just perfect for my commute. I did notice a slight delay in maintenance response once, but it was quickly resolved. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to call ...

I have lived here going on 21 months, and I must say that the management and maintenance are the nicest, friendliest, and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. The residents look out for one another. The grounds and surrounding areas are kept clean. Great environment for both singles & families. And as a female, living across the street from THE MALL! Don't Make This Mistake!

I am from out of state & what attracted me to these apartments were that all utilities are included & its close to the mall along with a lot of shopping centers. DONT LET THAT FOOL YOU. I'd rather pay utilities than to stay here. My main complaint is that these apartments are roach infested! There are a city of roaches crawling around! I counted multiple roaches by just walking in the door. I was promised that pest control would come spray. But this issue was so bad that I was scared to move in ...

my furniture. I bombed the place with raid. I came back the next day to find the entire family still alive! The air conditioning doesn't work properly. I work from home & internet is needed. These apartments don't even have hookups. I found out a day after signing the lease that a murder involving a shoot out had happened less than 3 months prior. So please people read your reviews and do your research! I wouldn't recommend anyone even considering living here!
