    I love living here! Staff is very friendly and they are always on top of maintenance. Pool chairs and amenities could be upgraded, but overall very happy here

    Awesome staff and friendly atmosphere! Everyone is so helpful and amazing to be around. Midwood is also located in a great area of Charlotte, with so much to do around the neighborhood!

    I absolutely love how management is running due to Ashley Gower - she is AMAZING and gets the job done. I love the location and the aesthetic of my apartment, but the incessant noise is INSANE. Like my light fixtures and furniture shake from the stomping above me all hours of the day and night. I don't think I will live here past this lease.

    Easy going community with nice in apartment amenities (kitchen island, sinks, appliances etc.). Apartment amenities could use some improvements (pool, gym, etc.), but they are all good enough for what you pay for.

    Love living at Midwood - management is super nice, the complex uses Flex payments, has Parcel Pending and you can't beat the location! I think the only downfall is the parking situation, its not gated and the pool is super tiny.

    amazing so far, only complaint is the mailroom is a bit complicated sometimes. Things not always where they should be/great access or a place to mail larger packages. Most of the time is great otherwise. Very kind people

    Building parking lot lacks lighting and safety features to prevent crime but overall the building / amenities are nice. Car was stolen out of the parking lot shortly after moving in - so a more secure parking area would be nice, always use a steering wheel lock in the meantime.
