Do not rent from here, especially vets
January 5, 2022Do not rent from here! They are the worst rental agency I have ever worked with. The front office staff is worthless. They are not there to help you in any capacity. They were notoriously bad about not letting you know all of your options when dealing with them. They will only make you aware of the option they wish for you to do that makes their life easiest. If you do not conform to it. They will target you, making sure never to help you. Lastly, I had to deal with roaches the entire time I ...lived here. Not just a couple, a lot of them. I noticed on other reviews Millcreek says they did not know. That is a lie. Neighbors of mine and I all spoke to them about it. It was just another ball dropped by their front office that they blamed others for. Bottom line is, it may be a cheap apartment (for good reason), but you end up spending the money elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

Great for the price
August 12, 2018I lived at Millcreek Woods for many years. I loved the location and maintenance always took care of things in a timely manner. My only complaint is the heating/cooling unit. In the summer it smells and gets mildewy. Otherwise they are great apartments for the price.Review from Apartments.com
A good starter place
September 23, 2015The rooms are pretty quiet and the neighborhood is secluded so there isn't much noise, the facilities are pretty good and there is a lake for fishing. My only real gripe is that there isn't an option for in unit laundry which is frustrating. Other than that it's a great first place for someone.Review from Apartments.com
The Apartment Complex that beats them all
August 23, 2015Apartments are popping up all over, you almost can't go anywhere without seeing one. With that being said you have many choices for size/location/amenities/etc. Millcreek Woods hands down tops them all. The apartment layouts are practical for everyday living, easy to plan and arrange furniture to suit anybody. Any maintenance that needs taken care of or requested is done in a timely manner (I've always had fast response and action taken on any requests I've sent the same day). The location of ...the complex is right off a main street yet yet far enough to not hear any traffic or any noise from the busy roads. The amenities (pool, work out center, tennis court, walking trail) are all top notch. The grounds are always taken care of, grass is always mowed/kept up, during the snowy season snow removal is taken care right away (roads, parking lots, sidewalks, walkways to each apartment, etc). The apartment complex throws get togethers and parties and holiday specials for the residents. This has been the best choice I have made in my living arrangement and I constantly am showing off where I live and everything that is included. Millcreek Woods
August 8, 2015The complex is for the most part quiet and peaceful. The pond at the back helps it feel a bit more relaxing. The buildings are starting to show their age, but the staff are good at staying on top of any maintenance issues. They are also constantly upgrading units and the grounds. With a large supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and daycare nearly within walking distance, everything we might need is close by. We feel very comfortable here and wouldn't mind making Millcreek Woods a long term home, ...as some of our neighbors have.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
