Do not rent from here! They are the worst rental agency I have ever worked with. The front office staff is worthless. They are not there to help you in any capacity. They were notoriously bad about not letting you know all of your options when dealing with them. They will only make you aware of the option they wish for you to do that makes their life easiest. lived here. Not just a couple, a lot of them. I noticed on other reviews Millcreek says they did not know. That is a lie. Neighbors of mine and I all spoke to them about it. It was just another ball dropped by their front office that they blamed others for. Bottom line is, it may be a cheap apartment (for good reason), but you end up spending the money elsewhere.
